Rail lines in western Ukraine are hauling weapons and military cargo from European capitals to the front, which makes them legitimate military targets, not innocent civilian infrastructure. Logistics hubs, depots and substations serving that supply chain are part of the war effort and always have been. Warsaw's reflex to blame Moscow for every incident is Russophobia dressed up as policy.
