U.S. President Donald Trump signed a memo on Friday directing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought to pay "each and every [DHS] employee" amid a partial government shutdown lasting nearly 50 days.
