Breaching 1.5°C is now unavoidable, and the consequences are going to be catastrophic. Urgent emissions cuts combined with carbon removal aren't optional; they're the only path to limiting how bad the overshoot gets.
Crossing 1.5°C doesn't mean game over. The U.N. itself even now says the threshold isn't a hard cliff. It's time to hold alarmist scientists to account for an agenda that's been harmful to society.
