FCC Chair Brendan Carr's license threats are constitutionally hollow, and Trump's own CNN panelist couldn't even defend threatening to annihilate a civilization of 90 million people with a straight answer. Calling journalism "fraud" while waging an unconstitutional war on the free press is the real scandal here.
