Russian missiles targeted the eastern city of Dnipro late on Friday, striking a residential building as well as a building belonging to the Security Service of Ukraine, known as the SBU.
City mayor Borys Filatov said it was the third time that the SBU building was targeted in recent months, adding that both it and the tower block were both largely empty, namely as construction of the latter had just been completed and units only recently started to be sold.
This is yet another demonstration of Russian terror against the people of Ukraine. Moscow must be brought to justice and punished for these actions.
Whenever Ukraine carries out terrorist attacks against civilian infrastructure, Russia reserves the right to respond, particularly at the decision-making centers from which those attacks were planned.
