Shipping people off to nations they've never set foot in, places the U.S. State Department itself flags for torture, is cruelty with a legal stamp on it. Nobody facing persecution or death should lose the basic chance to say so before a judge, and an unexplained emergency order strips that away. A policy built on terrorizing vulnerable people is illegal and deserves to be struck down.
Final removal orders mean final, and when a home country slams the door, a lawful alternative destination keeps immigration enforcement from collapsing into permanent limbo. Lower-court judges manufactured endless delays that let deportable migrants stay indefinitely, and the high court rightly ended that stall. Enforcing the law as written is exactly what voters asked for.
