The Justice Department issued grand jury subpoenas on Tuesday to the offices of several Minnesota officials, including Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her, Attorney General Keith Ellison and officials in Ramsey and Hennepin counties.
