Trump's speech — possibly the greatest ever delivered by any leader at the U.N. — showed how the United States' strategy of peace through strength works. Iran has finally heard it plainly: take a deal or face the consequences. A regime that has spent decades funding terrorists and chasing nuclear weapons responds only to force. Defending sovereign nations and giving Iran a real path to prosperity is bold leadership.

Standing at the U.N. podium and threatening to annihilate a nation of 90 million people is a genocidal threat. Pair that with Trump's bogus boasts about ending wars, deadly boat strikes with no evidence and a laundry list of fabrications, and American credibility has taken a beating in front of the entire world. Trump continues to embarrass the U.S. on the world stage every time he opens his mouth.
