Letting Ukraine build Scalp missiles is the smart, moral move. Russian strikes on civilians and infrastructure demand stronger long-range deterrence. A safer Ukraine means a safer Britain, so backing Kyiv for the long haul is basic self-defense.

Handing over secret missile plans is a reckless escalation dressed up as strategy. Storm Shadow tech still needs sensitive targeting data and hard production lines. With Moscow warning of consequences and Kyiv facing political strain, restraint beats deeper entanglement.
