The Spin

The U.S. strikes on Iran were unprovoked acts of aggression that violated the UN Charter and fundamental principles of international law. Civilian infrastructure — including schools and hospitals — was deliberately targeted, constituting war crimes under international humanitarian law. The attack on the Minab school alone stands as undeniable proof that American military action caused grave harm to innocent people.

Iran fired multiple ballistic missiles at U.S. forces on July 28 in a surprise attack, making the American military response entirely justified. CENTCOM struck dozens of IRGC targets — command centers, missile facilities and maritime assets — to neutralize real threats to U.S. troops, commercial shipping and Gulf neighbors. With over 50,000 service members deployed, protecting American forces from Iranian aggression is a clear military necessity.
