The Spin

Daniel Siad denied wrongdoing right up until his death, and French investigators confirmed he had never even been formally questioned or charged. His lawyer maintained he consistently proclaimed his innocence, and prosecutors acknowledged the investigation hadn't yet yielded evidence justifying his arrest. Rushing to treat an unresolved death as sinister ignores that the legal process simply hadn't reached him yet.

Siad's name appears 2,000 times in the Epstein files, five women accused him of rape and trafficking, French prosecutors had an active criminal probe, and he died before a single investigator got him in a room. This is now the second Epstein-linked French modeling figure to die suddenly before trial. The pattern of key witnesses dying before testimony isn't a theory anymore — it's a documented record.
