Carney's measures will fail to make any impact on the cost-of-living crisis that his party, through its taxes and regulations, created. How will his proposed tax credits put a dent in the over CA$17,000 annually that a Canadian family of four has to pay in groceries? The truth is that they cannot, nor can the Liberals reverse the permanent damage they have done to household budgets.
