The government has taken decisive action by fully adopting the Special Envoy's Plan to Combat Antisemitism with sweeping legislative reforms including aggravated hate speech offenses, visa cancellation powers and a David Gonski-led education taskforce. Already having legislated against hate speech, hate crimes and doxxing while appointing a Student Ombudsman, these additional measures demonstrate comprehensive commitment to eradicating this evil scourge.
