Albanese demonstrated a total lack of leadership in the lead-up to the Bondi Beach attack. His government squandered two years failing to confront the rising tide of antisemitism in the country, for fear it was politically inconvenient, leaving the Jewish community to suffer. While events may have prompted him into action now, he will never shake off the consequences of his errors.
