European Union interior ministers approved measures to overhaul the bloc's migration system, including streamlined deportations, adoption of safe country lists, creation of a 430 million euro solidarity pool for 21,000 relocations and options for member states to provide relocations, funding or alternative measures, with countries like Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Spain identified as facing high pressure.
