With repeated strikes on civilian sites and as demonstrated by the recent derailment of passenger trains, Zelenskyy's regime is bearing all the hallmarks of a terrorist organization. It is not clear why Kyiv seeks to sabotage peace efforts when every day it's losing more men and territory.
