The international community must amplify Sudanese voices and support their vision for a stable, civilian-led future.
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has devastated Sudan. The paramilitary group has brutally carried out ethnic cleansing of non-Arab communities through summary executions, torture, and rape. It has looted homes, museums, and cultural sites, erasing Sudan's heritage and people's personal histories. More importantly, it is obliterating any potential for a democratic, pluralistic Sudan.
The Rapid Support Forces have a 45% chance of coming out as the victor in the Sudanese civil war, according to the Metaculus prediction community.
