Ryan Greenblatt is the Chief Scientist at Redwood Research, an AI safety organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he focuses on scalable oversight, mechanistic interpretability, and AI control techniques using language models. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) from UC Berkeley.
