David J. Porter

David J. Porter is a United States circuit judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, appointed by President Donald Trump and confirmed by the Senate in December 2018. Before his appointment, he worked as a litigation partner at Cozen O'Connor and served as co-chair of the Allegheny County Republican Committee; he is also a member of the Federalist Society.
