Celeste Saulo

Celeste Saulo is the secretary-general of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the first woman and South American to hold the position. Previously, she served as the director of the national meteorological service of Argentina since 2014. Saulo is also a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and a research scientist at the national council for scientific and technical research.
