Zarema Jaramillo

Zarema A. Jaramillo is a Partner and the Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. office at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where she leads the Antitrust & Competition practice, advising clients in financial services, technology, life sciences, and energy on complex regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Previously, she served in the U.S. Department of Commerce as a trade specialist in the Office of China and Acting Director of the Corporate Governance Program in the Office of Russia—experience she draws on in her international trade and antitrust work.
