Sergei Ivanov

Sergei Ivanov is a senior Russian politician serving as special representative of the president of the Russian Federation on the issues of environmental activities, ecology and transport. Ivanov previously served as Russian minister of defense, deputy prime minister, first deputy prime minister, and chief of staff of the Presidential Executive Office. A former member of the KGB and the Federal Security Service, Ivanov holds the rank of colonel general.
