Patrick Michaels
Patrick Michaels was an American agricultural climatologist. He was a senior fellow in environmental studies at the Cato Institute until 2019, having previously worked as a research professor of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia until 2007. He passed away on July 15, 2022, aged 72.
