Michael Cloud

Michael Cloud is a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Texas’s 27th Congressional District, serving since his election in a 2018 special race following the resignation of Blake Farenthold. He holds a B.S. in mass media communications from Oral Roberts University (1997), previously chaired the Victoria County Republican Party, and currently serves on key committees including Appropriations and Oversight and Accountability.
