Cathryn Oakley

Cathryn Oakley is the Senior Director for Legal Policy at the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), where she leads efforts to advance LGBTQ+ equality through state and local legislative advocacy. A graduate of Smith College and George Mason University School of Law, she previously practiced family law in Northern Virginia and serves as part-time faculty in the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program at The George Washington University.
