A federal appeals court Monday rejected the Trump administration's request to delay the tariff refund process because of "complexity," denying a motion to pause proceedings for up to 90 days. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit immediately sent the case back to the U.S. Court of International Trade.
