In order to close Ukraine's budget gap, parliament must adopt all the relevant legislation. While some changes are popular and others are less so, each one is necessary to ensure Ukraine's survival and ability to defend itself. This is no longer about party politics but the future of the country.

Pro-establishment narrative

While Ukraine's allies understand that the country is in a fight for existence and that the war would likely make the financial situation more difficult, the scale of the deficit needs to be better understood as the figure is much larger than previously reported.
