Carroll's judgment against Trump was a rigged farce from start to finish, cooked up in a Manhattan courtroom with no real evidence. Everyone involved in this malicious prosecution — from the judge to the jury — should face serious consequences. Carroll herself should be looking at perjury charges for filing what amounts to a fabricated lawsuit dressed up as justice.
Two juries reviewed the evidence and concluded that Trump sexually abused E. Jean Carroll and then lied about it repeatedly. Now the DOJ is being weaponized to help him dodge the bill, which is corruption at the highest level. Deploying federal resources to shield a president from civil accountability is exactly the kind of unchecked power that should alarm everyone.
