Is ICE violating constitutional rights and court orders or are protesters violent agitators defending criminals?

The Spin

Left narrative

ICE is systematically violating constitutional rights by illegally detaining children and families, rushing them out of state within hours to evade federal court oversight, and ignoring judicial orders. Trump's strong men are using children as bait, denying them access to attorneys and imprisoning families for months in deplorable conditions at facilities like Dilley. If that wasn't enough, the state of Texas sends its own forces to crack down on a hundred people exercising their right to protest these abuses.

Right narrative

Protesters disrupting lawful immigration operations are irrational agitators who disdain law enforcement and defend criminals, including murderers and rapists. These marginalized individuals recklessly escalate confrontations with law enforcement through violent resistance and vehicular attacks, then feign shock when their dangerous actions result in predictable consequences. These are coordinated mobs, not peaceful protesters.
