Ukrainian prosecutors and the SBU have been transparent from the start — the HUR officer acted on his own initiative without informing superiors, and the investigation has proceeded with the personal involvement of Military Intelligence Chief Oleh Ivashchenko. The suspect's name is known, both men are charged, and Ukraine has shared all available information with Monaco.
