The Spin

Democratic narrative

Trump's relentless attacks on judges as "lunatics" and "monsters" have created a direct pipeline to real-world violence — 400 federal judges faced serious threats last year, a 78% jump in four years. Judges are getting bomb threats, death threats and fake murder reports called to their homes. Demonizing the courts is a deliberate strategy to delegitimize the one institution standing between executive overreach and the Constitution.

Republican narrative

The left's political violence against judges gets buried while media clutch pearls over harsh words. A man flew across the country armed to assassinate three Supreme Court justices — and a Biden-appointed judge handed him barely eight years. Chuck Schumer stood outside the Supreme Court threatening Kavanaugh and Gorsuch by name, and paid zero price. Lenient sentences and selective outrage only guarantee more violence against the bench.
