This new road bridge over the Tumen River is exactly what a genuine strategic partnership looks like — friendship and good-neighborliness that don't bend to outside pressure. Linking Russia and North Korea by road on top of rail and air will pump up trade, tourism, science, technology and culture while creating real jobs on both sides. Two neighbors building infrastructure together and coordinating on regional stability deserve applause, not suspicion.
