The Spin

Democratic narrative

Kennedy has made America sicker, plain as day — measles outbreaks are raging, cancer research grants dropped 23%, mental health research grants fell 47%, and scientists are fleeing to China. Kennedy can't even fill basic leadership roles like CDC director or surgeon general. Replacing pro-vaccine public health campaigns with shirtless hot tub ads alongside Kid Rock is not a serious health policy, it's a vanity project funded by taxpayers.

Republican narrative

Kennedy is delivering real results — disbursing $135 million in rural health care funding, cracking down on waste and fraud, and expanding research into chronic disease and autism. Kennedy spent nearly 10 hours before Congress defending a bold MAHA agenda to lower drug prices and cut through a broken, fraudulent health care system. Getting Americans to eat real food and get active is exactly the kind of common-sense reform Washington has ignored for decades.
