AI factory infrastructure is becoming a new investable asset class that every company and every country will need. With hyperscalers growing up to 50% and capex breaking even in three years or less, the upside here is still massively under appreciated.

Packaging GPU-backed debt into shiny new "compute bonds" and offloading the risk onto outside investors is a red flag, and hardly a revolution. GPUs depreciate within three years, inference margins are collapsing fast, and the revenue streams being securitized aren't even profitable yet. This looks less like bold infrastructure investment and more like risky over investment.
