The Spin

Left narrative

The federal government is actively obstructing justice by withholding unredacted Epstein files from New Mexico's criminal investigation into Zorro Ranch. The DOJ's refusal violates the Administrative Procedure Act and undermines state sovereignty over crimes committed within its own borders. Survivors have waited long enough — every day of delay is a day justice is denied.

Right narrative

New Mexico's lawsuit against the DOJ is selective outrage pretending to be a pursuit of justice. The AG demanding unredacted Epstein files also fought to keep voter rolls redacted over "privacy" concerns. The villain isn't just in Washington; incomplete framing that conveniently ignores state-level failures serves political ambitions more than survivors. Therefore, this is mere grandstanding.
