McConnell is well enough to have taken multiple phone calls of nearly 20 minutes each, discussing active legislative priorities and upcoming Senate races. That's not the behavior of someone incapacitated and conspiracy theorists should stand down. McConnell is clearly engaged and on the road to returning to the Senate.
