Unelected judges are blocking a legitimate presidential project that enhances security and serves the American people. The ballroom represents the kind of bold, ambitious leadership the country needs, and courts have no business micromanaging how a president maintains the White House. Congress never explicitly prohibited this project, and the "aesthetic injury" argument is laughable.

The court rendered the right verdict. Trump does not have unilateral authority over a piece of property that belongs to the state, not him personally. To allow a president to treat the common cultural property of Americans as a mere side project of his presidency is manifestly wrong and unjust. The powers of Congress to authorize this project cannot be trampled upon or ignored outright.
