A left-wing activist is using legal technicalities to block Trump's presidential library through politically motivated lawfare. The college properly followed the law in transferring parking lot land, but an anti-Trump historian filed a frivolous lawsuit over meeting notice details — yet another attempt to block anything with Trump's name on it.
Democratic narrative
Florida Republicans are claiming political lawfare after they tried to secretly gift Trump's family a downtown Miami property worth hundreds of millions through a shady backroom deal. They blatantly violated sunshine laws and Ruiz correctly blocked this corrupt giveaway that should have been conducted transparently in public.
