Judge Blocks Planned Parenthood Funding Cut in Trump Bill

Republican narrative
This is judicial overreach by an Obama-appointed judge, brazenly overruling Congress and the will of the American people by blocking a duly enacted law that prevents taxpayer funding of abortion providers. The courts aren't meant to serve as a political weapon for the left to override legitimate legislative decisions.
Democratic narrative
This funding cut is unconstitutional. It's basically a backdoor abortion ban that would devastate healthcare access for over one million patients who rely on Medicaid at Planned Parenthood clinics for essential services, including cancer screenings and birth control. It would also force clinic closures in underserved communities.
