The hunter has become the hunted, as James, who openly and illegally campaigned on targeting President Trump before she took office, is now going to face some long-overdue accountability. James showed clear political bias in her position of power, violating Trump's constitutional rights. Her civil fraud case was nothing more than weaponized lawfare designed to interfere with the 2024 election.
Democratic narrative
This is an unprecedented intervention in state business and an example of a dangerous weaponization of federal law enforcement to target an official who was simply doing her job. As opposed to James' cases against Trump and the NRA, these investigations are clearly prejudiced based on comments Trump and his supporters made before he returned to office about prosecuting people who investigated him.
