Rogue liberal judges overstepped their authority by rejecting a qualified prosecutor. Habba brought steady leadership, but judges with Democratic leanings were attempting to thwart Trump's wishes on political grounds. The DOJ could not tolerate this, so it found a way around the judges.
Democratic narrative
Habba is completely unqualified for this position. Her tenure destroyed office morale, as she pursued politically motivated prosecutions against Democrats. The judges rightfully exercised their constitutional power to replace her with a better option, and she should not have been named acting U.S. attorney.
