Russia is using every weapon in its arsenal in an attempt to intimidate Ukraine and its partners. However, that will not dissuade the US or its allies from supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.

Russia has repeatedly warned that US specialists are required to fire ATACMS missiles and that this is an unacceptable escalation. Russia hopes its warnings will be heeded and that the conflict can be settled peacefully. If not, however, appropriate countermeasures will be taken.
