Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla stated that 2-dose vaccines "are not enough" protection from the Omicron variant and even boosters may wane.
Bourla suggested that an Omicron-specific booster may be needed soon and that Pfizer hopes to release one with BioNTech in March.
The vaccine is evidently effective at protecting populations from severe illness, and Omicron-tailored boosters should help even more.
Bourla is profiteering from the pandemic - Pfizer's commercializing of vaccine distribution has long restricted developing countries' access to shots.
Biden has it all wrong. We know that Omicron won't be stopped by vaccines, but is mild enough to act as nature's own vaccination. Just let it rip!
