Biden to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to Supreme Court
NBCNov 25, 2021
On Thurs., the Senate confirmed Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
She will be the first black woman to serve on the court.
This is a historic moment for the US. Jackson's nomination is a further step toward SCOTUS reflecting the diversity of American society and will be noted as one of Biden's greatest successes.
It's clear why Jackson is a favorite of the radical left. Hearings revealed a dubious judicial philsophy and an apparently soft-on-crime record. Why Republicans like Romney (who opposed her appointment as a federal circuit judge only last year) supported this confirmation is inexplicable.
