The Spin

Adversaries have spent years building satellite killers and jammers aimed at blinding American forces, so pretending space is a peaceful sanctuary only invites attack. Putting space-control weapons on orbit is simple deterrence, protecting the satellites that guide troops, missiles and warnings. Dominance in orbit isn't optional anymore — it's the price of keeping the homeland safe.

Space belongs to all humanity and should stay free of weapons, not be carved up as another battlefield. Openly arming orbit hands every rival an excuse to do the same, and a single exchange could fill low orbit with debris that makes it unusable for generations. Real security comes from binding agreements banning conventional space weapons, not from a race nobody can win.
