Todd Blanche has already proven he's unfit to lead the DOJ — not as a hypothetical, but through his actual record as acting attorney general. He helped engineer athe sham $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund, oversaw the gutting of over 3,400 experienced lawyers, and has stonewalled courts on the Epstein files. Confirming him would be a rubber stamp on turning the JusticeDOJ Department into a personal protection racket for the president.

Blocking Blanche's confirmation is pure political spite dressed up as principle. — Cornyn and Tillis are settling scores, not protecting the rule of law. Holding up a qualified nominee over partisan grievances does nothing for the American people and everything for those who never accepted the 2024 election results.
