The May jobs report is a massive win — 172,000 jobs added, more than doubling forecasts, with March and April revised sharply upward. That's 565,000 jobs in just three months, and nearly all of it driven by small businesses. Working Family Tax Cuts are delivering exactly what was promised: real growth for local job creators and hardworking Americans.

May's 172,000 jobs sound great until you zoom out — the U.S. has added just 685,000 jobs across 17 months of Trump's second term, compared to nearly 2.3 million over the prior 17 months. Wage growth still isn't keeping up with inflation, and reckless tariffs keep squeezing family budgets. One solid month doesn't erase a deeply underperforming economic record.
