Palantir: AI to Replace Nukes as Global Deterrent

The Spin

The BMJ published a hit piece on Palantir's NHS software written by a campaigner whose organization was actively lobbying to kill the very contract under scrutiny — then disclosed her only as a 'health justice charity' worker. The study it attacked used segmented GLS regression with 10,000 counterfactual simulations, yet the BMJ waved at the methodology and moved on. A 186-year-old journal laundering activism as science is a disgrace to every patient waiting on NHS care.

Palantir's 22-point manifesto is a barely disguised pitch for AI-driven warfare dressed up as Western idealism, published while its targeting systems are alleged to have selected a primary school full of children as a strike target. The company openly frames an AI arms race as inevitable, then profits from making it so. Calling that moral clarity is a stretch — it's a business model built on making mass killing faster and cheaper.
