Confirming that the government had given the green light to the the latest effort, U.K. Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy said she was "currently not minded to intervene" under the legislation, adding she was "pleased" to give the necessary approvals to Axel Springer "which give greater certainty to the Telegraph and its staff."
