Socialist Emmanuel Grégoire won the Paris mayoral election in the second round on March 22, 2026, receiving around 50.52% of the vote. His main challenger, conservative Rachida Dati, received 41.52%, while hard-left candidate Sophia Chikirou came in third with 7.96%.
